The instructional year has changed. Lessons are now offered in two semesters. The Fall semester is from September to December and the Spring semester is from March to June. Each semester consists of 14 lessons (for a total of 28 lessons) with a make-up week at the end of June.

We do not charge by the lesson but rather for the year's instructional programme. Fees for the year will be set in September and include all materials, as well as any extra activities that may be offered.

Fees for 45 minute and 60 minute lessons will be provided to students who have the longer lessons scheduled.

PAYMENTS

Students and parents will select a payment plan and payment method at the start of lessons, and the choice will be entered into our studio management system.

When to Pay --This is a change
    There are four options, with fees billed on the 10th day of each month indicated.
    There are discounts for options 1 to 3.

1. Full payment in September
2. Two-pay by semester:  2 equal payments September and March
3. Six-pay monthly:  6 equal payments September, October, November, March, April and May
4. Nine-pay monthly:  9 equal payments September to May. --- Automatic credit card payments are Required.

How to Pay

1. Automatic credit card payments with a securely stored credit card number
2. Interac e-Transfer through your on-line banking to lessons@harmonyhouse.ca (no security question needed)
   This option is not available for 9-pay monthly
3. Credit card or Paypal payment directly from your billing statement or through the Parent/student Portal
   This option is not available for 9-pay monthly

Music lessons are payable in advance. Families will receive a billing notice by e-mail on the tenth of the month whenever a payment is due. Please make your payment by the 20th of the month. Payment reminders will be sent on the 24th. A service charge may be added to any amounts unpaid two months in a row.
